Christmas Tree Tour

Friday, November 27, 2015

Darlins, I hope you are ready for some fun.  Jessica of Designer Sweet Spot had the idea to run a four-week series during the holidays. Each week we will be sharing special holiday traditions. This week is Christmas Trees, next up Home Tours, Gifts and lastly, Holiday Food and Recipes.
You are invited to share your creativity by joining the Linky Party that will last four Fridays. Are We Ready For A Party?
With our further ado: Welcome to our Christmas home from our house to yours.
This Angel is made with scraps of fabric from the tree skirt made below. I made these two family gems the first year we were married. This will be the 32nd Christmas we will celebrate with the angel with has the year of our wedding and Kedzuch embroidered by hand on the heart in the angles hands.

Traditional red and green with the backing the color of red. The tree skirt is reversible in case you would like a less busy pattern.
Our ornaments are symbols of moments in our life. We have everything from the Oscar Mayer Wiener Mobile, Snoopy, Winnie the Pooh and many other characters. They all relate to the family in some way.
I love the way these lights look like diamonds. I put a lens of a pair of sunglasses we bought while visiting the zoo lights in our area. Don't you love the look from the glasses?
Do you like snowflakes? You guessed it! Another pair of sunglasses creates a filter to make the shapes. Isn't it cool to see the changes in the lights?
Santa has arrived it is Christmas morning in our house. What is your favorite tradition on Christmas morning?
Now, this party has started the creativity of  over 30 bloggers will follow. Plus the linky party of all your talents.
